Tuition Rates 2018/19
All tuition payments are processed online via TADS.
10% sibling discount applies to the younger child’s tuition when siblings are attending the same year.
Payment Option 1: Monthly payments. 9 equal payments due on the first of each month, beginning September 1, 2018 and ending May 1, 2019.
Payment Option 2: Two equal payments due September 1, 2018 and January 1, 2019. Discounted 3%.
Payment Option 3: Full payment for the year. Discounted 3%.
Please note that TADS charges an annual $55 monthly installment fee per family if you select to pay monthly. TADS does not charge a fee if you select to pay tuition in 1 or 2 installments.

Tuition Deposit & Fee Payment
Deposit of one month’s tuition
A non-refundable deposit of one month’s tuition for each student is required to secure a space in the class and finalize enrollment. This annual deposit is applied toward the final payment for the academic year.
Snack & Supply Fee
A $300 fee is charged annually as a snack and supply fee. $150 of this fee is due by August 1st and the $150 balance is due January 1. This is a non-refundable fee.
Admissions Deadlines for new and returning students
Sun Star Farm accepts applications throughout the year, however admissions for the upcoming academic year is opened to new families on February 1st. You should submit your application before February 1st to be considered in the first stage of enrollment.
Detailed first-time admissions process
1. Visit our school. We request that all prospective parents begin the application process by coming to Sun Star Farm during a school day. This gives you the opportunity to see the children fully engaged in their learning, as well as speaking with Heidi about your educational desires for your child.
2. Submit an Application. Our admissions process, both for application and enrollment, is submitted through an online system called TADS. A link to TADS is here. Completed applications are due by January 31, 2018. Applications received after this date will be considered if space if available. Upon submission of your application and payment of the non-refundable $75 application fee, parents will be contacted to schedule an interview.
3. Attend an interview along with your child.
4. Admissions Notification. Once your child’s application is accepted, completing enrollment is a two-step process:
Step 1: Completing Enrollment
You will receive an email from TADS prompting you to complete your child’s enrollment. You will pay your child’s non-refundable deposit at this time.
Step 2: Setting up your Tuition Agreement
After you complete enrollment, our Business Manager will create your tuition agreement and you will be prompted by e-mail to complete it online through TADS.
